Description of the Investment

The building is set on a foundation slab. The ceiling in a monolithic structure, partly prefabricated with the use of filigree slabs. The load-bearing walls are made of ceramic hollow bricks, 25 cm thick, while the partition walls are made of ceramic hollow bricks, 12 cm thick.
2. Roof
Roof in the form of a flat roof in a monolithic, partly prefabricated structure. Thermal insulation made of EPS 100 kPa polystyrene with an average thickness of 26 cm. Vapor tight insulation made of heat-weldable underlayment. A layer of waterproofing made of self-adhesive + heat-weldable underlay or PVC membrane. The roof is equipped with the GALECO STAL 2 drainage system in graphite.
3. Terrace on the first floor
Steel railings on the terrace powder coated in anthracite. Vapor tight insulation made of heat-weldable underlayment. A layer of waterproofing made of self-adhesive + heat-weldable underlay or PVC membrane. The terrace is equipped with the GALECO STAL 2 drainage system in graphite. On the usable part of the terrace, 2 cm thick terrace tiles on adjustable feet were used. The rest is covered with decorative stone.
4. Elevation
The residential part of the building is insulated with polystyrene foam 20 cm thick and λ=0.04 [W/m*K],
The entire building is finished with a layer of thin-layer silicone plaster in white and graphite colors with steel and brick additions.
5. Window sills
External window sills and walls on the terrace of the first floor are covered with white/anthracite coated sheet metal.
6. Window and door joinery
7-chamber windows in a three-pane package with KAPICA electric blinds. The internal color of the windows is white, while the external one is graphite. Entrance door in graphite color with stainless steel accessories and WIKĘD glazing. Electric garage door controlled with remote controls and manually using a switch located in the garage. Internal doors on the buyer's side. An additional option is the HS type sliding window in the living room.
7. Heating
Both the domestic hot water and the building are heated by a heat pump located in the technical room. Underfloor heating has been designed in the residential part.
8. Electrical installation
The rooms have internet and television installation. Each room has at least 3 electrical sockets. On the terrace of the ground floor and the terrace of the first floor there are external, hermetic electrical sockets. Electrical equipment (sockets and switches) in white (Simon 10). Other accessories, including lamps on the facade on the buyer's side. Electric box located on the border of the plot.
9. Ventilation installation
Exhaust ventilation was designed in the gravitational form. An additional option is mechanical ventilation with heat recovery - recuperation.
