Biały Kamień Apartments will be built in Świeradów Zdrój, in the immediate vicinity of the prestigious Hotel & Medi-SPA Biały Kamień hotel complex, which has been operating since 2008, the winner of numerous awards and distinctions in Poland, such as: Best Hotel SPA & Wellness, Best Ski & Snow, Best Beauty Spas.
Apartamenty Biały Kamień, located right next to the forest, with a beautiful view of the Jizera Mountains, is an intimate, five-storey building consisting of 51 exclusive turnkey apartments. The interiors will be decorated in a modern style with the use of natural materials such as stone, wood and numerous glazing, including elements of the Karkonosze style. Designed by the prestigious architectural studio of Julia Kuśmierz, which received a gold statuette in the international competition Muse Design Awards 2019 in New York.
Świeradów Zdrój is a mountain resort, located in a depression between Kamienicki Grzbiet and Wysoki Grzbiet, near the border with the Czech Republic and Germany, surrounded by the cities of Jelenia Góra, Zgorzelec and Szklarska Poręba. An additional advantage is the proximity to the Czech Liberec or the German Görlitz.
This place is worth visiting at any time of the year. In spring, summer and autumn, we will be delighted by the beauty of nature, hiking trails and bicycle routes, including the over 80-kilometre long Singletrack connecting Czychy and Poland. Due to the most modern gondola lift, it is an ideal resort for lovers of white madness.
Świeradów Zdrój is also a health resort. In addition to its healing character, it is a perfect place for trips to the Jizera Mountains. The nearest peak is Izerski Stóg (1107 m above sea level) where there is a shelter, which can be reached by numerous mountain trails and a gondola lift.
One of the many attractions of the village is the Sky Walk observation tower located on the slope of Świeradowiec, only 500 meters from the Biały Kamień Apartments.
A unique attraction rising above the city will take tourists to a height of over 60 meters, from where there is a view of the beautiful panorama of the area. At the turn of 2024/25, the next stage of the SKI Arena Świeradowiec will be commissioned with three downhill routes, and in 2026 a gondola lift over the city.
Świeradów Zdrój provides many attractions to tourists visiting it, both in the winter and summer seasons. The Jizera Mountains, which are part of the Sudetes range, attract with their unique beauty of untouched nature. The unique scenery, mountains, forest and clean air make it an ideal place for seasonal and year-round rest.
